3D-printed concrete letters for GDS Beton (Belgium)
For the Belgian company GDS Beton, we produced a set of 3D-printed concrete letters measuring an impressive one meter in height. These custom-made letters create a powerful statement at the company entrance and immediately showcase the design freedom offered by 3D concrete printing. With this project, GDS Beton takes its first steps into 3D concrete printing—deliberately choosing an expressive application that has more impact than a traditional nameplate.
A striking and durable eye-catcher in 3D- printed concrete
The one-meter-high letters were printed layer by layer, leaving the characteristic stratified texture of printed concrete clearly visible. The letters are not only visually striking but also highly sustainable. As with our other applications, material use is optimized, eliminating the need for unnecessary formwork and preventing waste. The result is a robust, low-maintenance object that will last for many years. For GDS Beton, it’s a true eye-catcher.
3D concrete printing as an innovative solution for city branding or corporate identity
This project demonstrates the broad applicability of 3D concrete printing. Logos, impact-resistant elements in unique shapes, or custom street furniture such as benches, tables, and planters are all excellent examples of what can be created.
Thanks to the freedom of form offered by 3D printing, we create objects that are both visually distinctive and functional. The 3D-printed concrete elements are available not only in grey, but also in terracotta and mint green.
