Organically shaped retaining walls for office garden
For the new Tomorrowland office in Antwerp, we produced 400 meters of organically shaped retaining walls. No formwork, no limitations — just pure design freedom. This allowed a complex design to become both feasible and affordable.
Where creativity and innovative production technology meet
The new Tomorrowland office in Antwerp came with an exciting design challenge: office gardens with smoothly flowing retaining walls that reflect the magical atmosphere of the festival.
400 linear meters of free‑form retaining walls
We 3D‑printed 400 linear meters of free‑form retaining walls, varying in height from 40 to 60 centimeters. Thanks to 3D concrete printing technology, we were able to produce every curve, bend and contour exactly according to the design — without formwork and without restrictions. Where traditional prefabrication struggles with cost and feasibility, 3D printing makes free‑form elements both simple and cost‑effective.
Why 3D concrete printing makes the difference here:
● Exceptional design freedom: free‑form shapes enabling maximum creativity.
● Cost‑efficient for varied custom made elements: unique components without formwork.
● Fast and flexible: the design can go straight from the 3D model into production.
● Iconic appearance: a true WOW factor fitting for Tomorrowland.
