At Saint Gobain Weber we have been developing the best building materials for decades. In 2000 we started to apply this knowledge to develop the base of our current 3D printing mortar.

Our material is the best characterized material in the market. This goes for both the dry mortar and the hardened mortar. Many tests have been done and with our quality control process we are able to guaranty a consistent quality and a monolithic 3D printed product.

Since Saint Gobain Weber is globally present in 60+ countries we will be able to provide a global supply chain for our materials combined with our 3D printing service

Specifics

Weber 3D 160-1 and Weber 3D 145-2 are factory-produced dry mortars made in accordance with EN 206, regarding specifications, characteristics, fabrication and conformity. Weber 3D 160-1 and Weber 3D 145-2 are specially produced for 3D Concrete Printing. Our mortar comes in bags of 25kg, big bags of 1,2 ton our in bulk silos.
